EVOLVE is our person-centered, group-based program funded through California Regional Centers. Designed for neurodiverse individuals seeking long-term career success, EVOLVE includes:

• Emotional intelligence and social confidence training

• Skill-building in communication, initiation, and organization

• Workplace simulations and employer visits

• Paid internships via the PIP (Paid Internship Program)

Life after school can feel overwhelming for adults with support needs and their families, especially when navigating multiple systems, services, and decisions. Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) brings clarity, coordination, and confidence to this transition.

CFS is a hands-on, person-centered navigation service designed to ensure adults and their families have the right support, at the right time, for the life they choose. We connect people with the resources, professionals, and strategies needed to thrive,  from housing and employment to health care, relationships, and daily living skills.
